Description


The Call on Washington program allows association members an opportunity to travel to Washington D.C. and meet with members of Congress, agency officials and ATA policy and legislative staff. There is no substitute for a personal meeting to communicate the trucking industry’s priorities. 

SCHEDULE

OCTOBER 7

  • Travel to Washington, D.C.*
  • 3 PM: Briefing at ATA Office
  • Dinner

OCTOBER 8

  • Meet with legislators
  • Dinner

OCTOBER 9

  • Travel day*

* Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) and Clinton National Airport (LIT) both have direct morning flights to D.C.
